Weighs little over 26 pounds. Wheels do not spin. Nice display piece for outside, in home, office, or workshop. I left it out on our porch and that’s were it got its surface rust. It is very solid. The surface rust could be removed with steel wool or something like that. I like it with this rustic look. If you display outside it should be treated to prevent further rust.
